Presidents, Gumboots and Cows

There’s nothing quite like walking through a new town. You see those things that the townsfolk sometimes forget are interesting and unique. Heath Missen took one of those wanderings through Mullumbimby and this is what he captured. For more photos from Heath, checkout his facebook page HERE.

On any given Saturday

On any given Saturday there is always a story to be told through a lens. This morning was no different, magical moments in time captured forever. A giant Sea Eagle with his breakfast held tightly in his talons. My Dad and George Greenough discussing the sand banks before George’s morning ritual of  riding his surfmat off the cape. My niece Marley doing a nudie run from the water to the warmth of Nanna holding her… Continue Reading…

From Byron to Paris….

My ‘office’ is the quaint little cafe on the corner of rue du Fabulous and boulevard St Divine, the spring sun is shining in the window, and across the street, the trees in front of the old church have burst… Continue Reading…

Rain, Horses, & a Weathered Dragon

Pouring rain has become quite common this summer. As I headed to Lismore in poured. All the country roads from Lennox through Teven, Alstonville drenched and moody.  After my meetings in Lismore I headed out to see our friends Peter and David at The Channon Gallery, some of the roads looked liked they had been covered in iridescent purple confetti….stunningly beautiful thanks to the flourishing Tibouchina’s, and the combination of rain and wind. I came… Continue Reading…
